Cancellation of the Order
If you want to cancel the order you must do it as soon as possible by contacting us by email or phone, if the product has already been sent, you must pay the shipping costs incurred.
All our products are new. Our commitment is to achieve your total satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. It has a return period of 14 calendar days as established by Law 3/2014 of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU) and other complementary laws. The Law adopts to the national law the Community Directive 2011/83 on the rights of the consumers.
To count said term since you or a third party indicated by you, has received the product. After 14 calendar days, the money will not be returned.
You must assume the cost of returning the product. The most economical shipment would be certified by the Post Office (in the ordinary shipment it can not track the package, and if it is lost, it could not claim).
To make the return, you must send us an e-mail or call us by phone, you can also use the return form model, before the expiration of the return period, indicating:
1. The order number or your information (name, address, telephone, email)
2. Your bank account to make the money refund if the payment has been made by transfer or cash on delivery.
3. We do not accept shipments postage due or on delivery.
4. Reason for the return, to help us improve our service. Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer you a fast and efficient service.
5. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, instructions for use and accessories.
6. Depending on the status of the returned product (incomplete, damaged, packaging in poor condition), the refund could be rejected or deducted part of the refund.
Returns that do not have prior notice by phone or email will not be valid.
We will send you by email, the receipt of said intention to return the product and the shipping address of the product.
You must send us the product without any undue delay, and in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision of withdrawal.
Once we receive the product in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method.
We will refund all payments received by you, including delivery costs (except for the additional expenses resulting from your choice of a different delivery option to the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer according to article 107.2 of Law 3/2014, such as the option of urgent delivery or payment by cash on delivery).
The refund will be made before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date you informed us of the return decision, if we have not received the product we will retain the refund until you have received it. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless the payment is cash on delivery in which case the payment will be made by transfer to the bank account in which you want to see reflected the amount.
Our products have 14 trial days from the delivery of the product and 1 year warranty. During the 14 days of testing if the piece does not work you have the possibility of exchange or refund of money. To make the change if the buyer has been confused when buying, we will have to pay the shipping costs of the correct piece.
To make the change you have to fill in the form of changes and returns.
The shipping of the product to make the change is at the buyer's expense. As soon as the piece arrives and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition and has not been tampered with, the change will be made.
Change in guarantee
The products have a one year warranty, if during this time the product stops working, it will be exchanged for another product, but the money will never be returned. The guarantee covers the piece but not the shipping costs, which are borne by the customer. All shipping costs are borne by the customer.
